Q. How should I arrange for air travel?
A. Attendees are responsible for their own air reservations. Contact your preferred airline directly.

A. Attendees are responsible for their own ground transportation.

Q. Is there a special rate at the Aria Resort & Casino?
A. Yes, the special JDA rate is $165 per night plus tax.

Q. What does the Guest Pass include?
A. Clients are welcome to bring a guest to FOCUS 2012. A guest is considered a significant other, spouse, or an adult companion. Guests are invited to the evening events and receptions. Breakout sessions are open to client registrants only.

Q. When is my FOCUS registration payment due?
A. Payment must be received within 30 days of your registration. If payment is not received in 30 days, your registration will be cancelled. If you wish to re-register for FOCUS, you may do so at the current published rate. Please contact focus@jda.com should you have questions regarding FOCUS or payment information.

If registration fees have not been received prior to attending the conference, a credit card will be required upon check-in in order for you to attend the conference.

A. Business casual is the recommended attire for the FOCUS conference.

Q. Do you offer a group discount for registration?
A. Yes! Take advantage of the FOCUS Group Discount offer. If four or more from your company register and pay to attend FOCUS, a fifth person can attend for free. To qualify for the group discount, the registrants must have paid the advance registration rate of $1,395 or higher. Once four registrations are complete, please contact us at focus@jda.com and include the attendee names. We will verify eligibility and reply with the complimentary registration code. Please note, when taking advantage of the Group Discount offer, no refunds will be issued to the original four paid attendees. Substitutions are welcomed.
