Contract Summary
Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with Manugistics, Inc. provides software licenses and maintenance for business intelligence software. Discounts on new software licenses and maintenance are based on the volume purchased.
Ordering Information
This has been designated as a DoD ESI and GSA SmartBUY co-branded agreement and is open for ordering by all United States Federal Agencies, Department of Defense (DoD) Components, and authorized Contractors.
Manugistics acknowledges that the GSA and OMB have indicated their intent to issue regulations that make this BPA a mandatory source for Manugistics products for agencies of the federal government.
The Manugistics BPA was awarded non-competitively against GSA Schedule. It is the responsibility of the Ordering Officer to ensure compliance with all fiscal laws prior to issuing an order under a BPA, and to ensure that the vendor selected represents the best value for the requirement being ordered (see FAR 8.404).
Ordering under this agreement is decentralized. Customers should use their normal contracting offices to process orders in accordance with FAR Part 8.
